JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Raw material receiving

• Vehicle inspections
• SKR analysis at receiving of raw materials
• Receiving of all other materials (packaging, foils, cartons, bags, gas, maintenance materials, outsourced production services)
• Material identification—batch numbering and traceability of products
• Lab analysis (physical, organoleptic)

2. Hygiene & sanitation

• Waste management checks- garbage collection
• Hand wash inspections
• Inspections of the toilets, sinks, sanitizers, taps, hand driers
• Housekeeping in the stores and cleaning of production areas
• GMP and facility hygiene inspections

3. Process control

• Inspection of the style grading, styling and CCP monitoring
• Random check-ups
• Sampling—Customer samples
• Inspection of Dispatched goods and services
• Partial drier monitoring
• Record keeping and documentation
• Research and development—cleaning, grading, styling, packing
• Staff trainings

4. Driers & Moisture Monitoring

• Determination of moistures of blowing driers
• Determination of moistures of heat drying driers
• Inspection of nut washing, and drier loading (cleaning of driers as per certification)
• Documentation of drier loading and cleaning inspections
• Determination of SKR of drying nuts
• Determination of cracking ratio
• Determination of online moistures of nuts on process (cracking, in shell, sorting, packing and dispatch)
• Record keeping and documentations
• Research and Development
• Drier labeling and updating of drier records
• Batching and traceability

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Food Science or any other business-related course with FSSC knowledge
• Ability to effectively use computer software including, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Reliable and supportive team leader
• Excellent communications & interpersonal skills

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: bachelor degree
