We are seeking to recruit qualified, experienced, and highly motivated professionals to join our team in the following positions:

Quality Control Manager

(Focus: Product quality standards, inspection protocols, compliance, and continuous improvement)

Quality Standards Development:

Develop, implement, and maintain quality control policies, procedures, and standards for all products and processes, ensuring alignment with industry regulations and customer expectations.

Inspection & Testing:

Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure they meet specified quality parameters.

Non-Conformance Management:

Lead the investigation of quality issues, defects, and non-conformances, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Audit Management:

Coordinate and conduct internal quality audits and prepare for external audits (e.g., ISO, regulatory bodies), ensuring all quality records are complete and accessible.

Team Leadership:

Supervise, train, and mentor the quality control team, ensuring they are competent in testing methods, equipment operation, and quality standards.

Supplier Quality Assurance:

Collaborate with Procurement and Raw Material Manager to assess and approve supplier quality, conducting supplier audits where necessary.

Continuous Improvement:

Drive continuous improvement initiatives using quality tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, SPC) to reduce defects, minimize waste, and enhance product consistency.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in the relevant field from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of three (3) years' relevant work experience in an agricultural or horticultural environment.
  • Demonstrated professional competence, integrity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
