Background:
Brites Management Services is seeking a Quality Lead for a hospital in Embu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance clinical care quality and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality improvement strategies
- Analyze complex data to identify trends and assess clinical quality
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in any medical related field
- 2 or more years of experience as a Quality Lead in a level 4 and above hospital
- Proven experience in quality assurance principles and methodologies
