Job Responsibilities:

Personnel Hygiene Audit: employee attire/hand washing and disinfection/mask/work attire

Workshop Environment Audit: temperature and humidity/cleanliness/disinfection/pest control

Process Audit: whether operations follow SOPs/whether inspections are carried out according to process requirements/whether first-article inspection is done/whether patrol inspections are conducted.

Product Quality Audit: product dimensions/appearance/laboratory test performance meeting requirements

Equipment Audit: equipment operation process, including inspection/maintenance

Document and Record Audit: inspection forms/test records/training records/process document execution, etc.

Warehouse Material Quality Audit: whether there are expired materials/NG materials/near-expiry materials/whether materials are damaged/dirty/wet/whether placement is correct

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry/Biological Engineering or a related field.

Experience in similar factory internal process audits and in hygiene products manufacturing preferred.
