Job Summary:

To develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the organization's Quality Management System in line with applicable Kenyan regulatory requirements, industry standards and organizational policies to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer/patient satisfaction.

Academic & Professional Qualification:

• Diploma or Bachelor's in health records, administration, quality, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience especially in a healthcare setting.
• Process and systems improvement and auditing.
