Responsibilities

Responsible for estimating and managing construction costs, preparing bills of quantities, conducting cost analysis and value engineering, monitoring project expenditures, preparing tender documents and contracts, assessing variations and claims, and ensuring cost control throughout all phases of construction projects.

Qualifications

Must be Kenyan citizen

Must be willing to work in any part of the Kenya

Must be at least form four and above

Experience

Experience in relevant field will be an added advantage

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: high school
