We are looking for a motivated R&D Assistant to support molecular biology-based product development and routine laboratory operations. The candidate will assist in PCR/qPCR experiments, reagent preparation, testing and validation of kits/enzymes, documentation, and troubleshooting of experiments.

• Perform PCR, qPCR, gel electrophoresis, DNA/RNA extraction and other molecular biology experiments
• Prepare reagents, buffers, and maintain lab stocks
• Assist in experiment setup, troubleshooting, and data recording
• Maintain documentation (lab records, SOPs, reports)
• Manage inventory and ensure proper lab operations

• Strong fundamentals of PCR and molecular biology techniques
• Good problem-solving ability, Quick learner and team-oriented
• Good pipetting skills and lab discipline
• Basic documentation skills (MS Excel/Word/Canva)

• M.Sc. in Biotechnology / Molecular Biology / Life Sciences / Microbiology / Biochemistry
