About The Loop Gardens

The Loop Gardens, a premier hospitality establishment located at Chepkoilel Junction, is seeking to recruit a competent, experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant operations. We are preferably looking for an experienced lady with strong leadership and hospitality management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations
• Manage staff scheduling, supervision and performance
• Ensure excellent customer service standards
• Control stock, inventory and cost management
• Maintain hygiene, safety and quality standards
• Drive sales growth and garden satisfaction
• Coordinate events and garden functions

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in restaurant management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Financial management and reporting skills
• Experience in event-based hospitality will be an added advantage

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: bachelor degree
