We are thrilled to announce an opening for the position of a Rider at Fireside Group Ltd. LOCATION: NAIROBI Qualifications - A minimum of a KCSE certificate.

  • A valid Driving license ABCE.
  • - Atleast of 3 years driving within Nairobi and its environs
  • - Demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service Key Responsibilities:
  • - Ride company’s motorcycle to accomplish official duties.
  • - Must observe all Health & Safety riding related policies to ensure the consistent safety of persons, materials, equipment and motorcycle. - Report all matters relating to assigned motorcycle to the supervisor.
  • - Responsible for updating the Drivers’ Logbook on a daily basis with the required information.
  • - Carry out daily inspection on the general condition of assigned motorcycle and ensuring that the motorcycle is cleaned routinely or when the need arises.
  • - Record information, such as items received and delivered, sign for the package on the collection and get an appropriate person to sign for it upon delivery.
  • - Plan and follow the most efficient routes for making deliveries, pickups and transporting staff members to designated places. Additional Responsibilities (based on company standards):
  • - Ensure timely and secure delivery of parcels, documents, and other items to clients.
  • - Maintain clear communication with dispatch teams to report delays or issues during deliveries.
  • - Assist in inventory management by verifying delivered items against orders.
  • - Adhere to traffic laws and company policies to minimize risks and accidents.
  • - Provide feedback to improve delivery processes and customer satisfaction.
  • - Perform minor maintenance tasks on the motorcycle, such as checking tire pressure and oil levels.
