Raw Material and Planning Manager-Stationery Division

The Raw Material and Planning Manager will ensure continuous availability of raw materials, maintain optimal inventory levels, and minimize costs and waste, while coordinating with the Production Manager to align material supply with production needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop material requirement plans based on sales forecasts and production plans.
  • Ensure availability of raw materials while maintaining optimal inventory levels (min/max/safety stock).
  • Monitor stock movement, enforce FIFO, and manage slow-moving or obsolete stock.
  • Conduct stock audits, reconciliations, and ensure SAP data accuracy.
  • Work with Procurement on purchasing plans, supplier performance, and lead time management.
  • Track inbound shipments and provide early warning on supply risks.
  • Monitor usage trends, analyze variances, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to control costs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, housekeeping, and 5S standards in stores.
  • Lead and develop the RM & Planning team to ensure strong performance and accountability.
  • Ensure minimal inventory and planning variances through continuous monitoring and root cause analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years' experience in warehouse, dispatch, or inventory management roles.

Key Skills

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Google workspace (Sheet, Doc etc.) and hands-on experience with SAP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity and accountability.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
