Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Agent to join our client’s dynamic real estate team. As a Field Sales Agent, you will be responsible for actively engaging with potential clients, showcasing properties, and closing sales transactions. You will represent the company in the field, develop client relationships, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, contact, and follow up with potential buyers and sellers.
  • Conduct field visits, property tours, and open houses to showcase available listings.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Educate clients on the property market, available listings, pricing, and processes.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Negotiate property deals and prepare necessary sales documentation.
  • Stay up to date on real estate market trends, pricing, and local area developments.
  • Provide weekly reports and updates to the Sales Manager.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective buyers and sellers through proactive networking.

Requirements: Proven experience in real estate sales, field sales, or a related customer-facing role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Ability to travel locally and conduct fieldwork as required. Strong knowledge of the local property market and trends. Proficient in using CRM software and basic digital tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, mobile apps). Preferred Qualifications: 1–3 years of real estate or field sales experience. Experience with residential and/or commercial property sales.
