Job Summary.

The Sales Executive is the key driver of revenue growth, responsible for aggressively acquiring new clients, managing the entire sales lifecycle for our client properties, and ensuring rigorous client compliance with payment and contractual obligations. This role requires exceptional networking, strategic engagement, and a high level of accountability to achieve and consistently exceed set sales targets.

Key Performance Areas & Essential Duties.

Business Development & Lead Management.

Pipeline Generation: Proactively identify and generate new sales opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach, aligning activities with our client high-value target demographics.

Lead Conversion: Efficiently manage and follow up on all company-assigned leads, converting prospects into qualified clients through professional, structured engagement.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed all assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing directly to the company's revenue objectives.

Client Engagement & Sales Cycle Management.

Presentations & Viewings: Organize and conduct professional property viewings and deliver highly persuasive, information-rich presentations, clearly articulating property features, value propositions, and investment potential.

Consultative Sales: Advise clients on available properties, pricing structures, and flexible payment plans, ensuring the recommended product aligns perfectly with client needs and financial capacity.

Contractual Compliance: Ensure the timely and accurate execution of sales agreements and collect deposits in accordance with company policy, rigorously mitigating contractual and financial risk.

Administrative Accountability & Brand Integrity.

Payment Tracking: Rigorously follow up on all client payment schedules to ensure strict compliance with agreed-upon terms, flagging and escalating potential payment defaults immediately to the Finance department.

Reporting & CRM: Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records, activity logs, and comprehensive progress reports within the CRM system to support transparent sales forecasting and performance measurement.

Brand Advocacy: Represent our client with the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all internal and external interactions.

Required Competencies & Qualifications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Sales, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years experience in direct sales or a high-value B2C/B2B sales environment.

Core Competencies:

Negotiation & Closing Skills: Proven ability to structure, negotiate, and successfully close high-value real estate transactions.

Relationship Management: Demonstrated success in building and sustaining strong, trust-based relationships with affluent clients and key stakeholders.

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required for persuasive presentations, report writing, and professional correspondence.

Technology Proficiency: Competent in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), MS Office Suite, and virtual communication tools.

Results Orientation: Highly self-motivated, proactive, and resilient, with a strong commitment to achieving measurable results and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
