Lavender Properties Limited is a real estate consultancy agency that deals with property sales, letting and management. It was founded in 2005 and boast of enjoying a vast experience in the industry through the aspiration of finding new and innovative ways to meet and satisfy our clients’ needs.
The Sales and Marketing Executive will promote the company’s properties, generate and close leads, conduct property visits, engage potential clients, and source new properties to support business growth, while assisting with marketing initiatives to drive sales and occupancy.
Key Responsibilities
- Market residential and commercial properties
- Generate and follow up on sales and rental leads
- Conduct property viewings and site visits
- Maintain accurate client and sales records
- Support social media and marketing campaigns
- Prepare basic sales reports and updates
- Identify and source new properties to support portfolio growth
- Liaise with property owners and internal teams to close deals
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing, Real Estate or a related field
- Maximum of 2 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing (Entry level), preferably with real estate
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven with a results oriented mindset
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Valid driving license and driving experience
