Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Realtor based in Nairobi County, Kenya, with some flexibility for remote work. The Realtor will be responsible for guiding clients through property transactions, including buying, selling, and renting properties. Responsibilities include conducting market research to identify property opportunities, providing personalized customer service, negotiating contracts, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of real estate trends and regulations. The Realtor will also work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
• Strong Sales and negotiation skills
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Familiarity with local real estate market trends in Nairobi County, Kenya
• Effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in digital tools for client interactions and property management
• Previous experience in real estate or a related field is a plus
