Job Purpose:

To serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, managing inquiries, registrations, and appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct patients and visitors warmly.
  • Register new patients and retrieve files for returning patients.
  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Front Office, Public Relations, or Business Administration.
  • 2+ years experience in a customer-facing role (healthcare preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications.
