We are expanding our team and seeking energetic, professional, and customer-oriented individuals to join our service crew.
Job Summary
We are seeking an organized, articulate, and welcoming Receptionist to serve as the face of the House of Asunta. In this role, you will manage front-desk reception, process reservations, answer incoming phone lines, welcome arriving visitors, and ensure an organized and smooth guest flow into the establishment.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly receive and welcome guests upon arrival, guide them to their assigned hosts, or manage their initial seating inquiries.
- Process and coordinate phone, email, and digital walk-in table reservations accurately.
- Manage the central telephone line professionally, routing calls and logging accurate messages for management.
- Provide accurate and detailed information regarding operating hours, menu offerings, location directions, and events.
- Coordinate front-desk logistics and communicate efficiently with service managers regarding incoming floor traffic.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and elegant reception area.
Requirements & Competencies
- Skills: Outstanding verbal communication, interpersonal presentation, and front-office organization skills.
- Attributes: Warm, welcoming personality, excellent customer service orientation, and sharp professional presentation.
- Competencies: Basic computer literacy, efficient multitasking, and strong time-management capabilities under pressure.
- Experience: Previous front-desk, hospitality hosting, or receptionist experience is highly desired.
