Job Purpose: The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors, managing front desk operations and providing administrative support.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience Required:

  • Diploma in Administration, Business, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a front desk, customer service, or administrative role (experience in an educational institution is an advantage)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office equipment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and customer service orientation
