POSITION SUMMARY

This position requires a highly organized and friendly individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and direct visitors, patients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer incoming calls, take messages, and transfer calls as needed.
  • Schedule appointments for patients, verify insurance information, and process patient registration.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all regulations.
  • Assist with patient flow, check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: ACADEMIC & PROFESSIONAL

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.

Interviews will be done on Rolling basis
