POSITION SUMMARY
This position requires a highly organized and friendly individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and direct visitors, patients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer incoming calls, take messages, and transfer calls as needed.
- Schedule appointments for patients, verify insurance information, and process patient registration.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all regulations.
- Assist with patient flow, check-in and check-out procedures.
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: ACADEMIC & PROFESSIONAL
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a receptionist in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
Interviews will be done on Rolling basis
