Job Summary:

Naivas Supermarket is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers and visitors. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, handle inquiries, and support administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet customers and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Handle phone calls, inquiries, and messages.
  • Provide information about products, services, and promotions.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and record-keeping.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Ensure excellent customer service at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional demeanor and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
