NEPTUNE HOTELS IS HIRING – RECEPTIONIST

Neptune Hotels is seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to manage front office operations and provide excellent service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and visitors professionally.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Manage reservations and bookings.
• Respond to guest inquiries through phone and in-person communication.
• Maintain accurate guest records.
• Process payments and issue receipts.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Front Office, or related field.
• Previous receptionist or hotel experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
