Job Summary
We are looking for a warm, articulate, and well-organized Receptionist to serve as the primary point of contact for our guests. You will welcome visitors, manage initial park inquiries, handle front-desk administrative duties, and deliver top-tier customer service to set a positive tone for our guests' experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, handle inquiries, and provide accurate information regarding park attractions, ticketing, and schedules.
- Answer incoming phone calls and manage the general park email correspondence professionally.
- Assist with group bookings, guest registrations, and resolving front-desk complaints efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and organized reception area.
- Coordinate with internal departments like operations and security to address guest needs promptly.
Requirements & Competencies
- Experience: Prior experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role (hospitality or tourism sector experience is an asset).
- Attributes: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a polished presentation.
- Skills: Strong organizational capabilities, reliability, and teamwork.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
