Position: Receptionist
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in similar position (hospitality preferred)
- Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality Management, Front Office Operations, Tourism, or Customer Service
- Strong communication, customer service, and professional presentation
- Computer literacy; hotel management systems experience (added advantage)
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
