As a growing company, Influx needs high-quality people in roles that match their aspirations and capabilities. We’re looking for a Recruitment Specialist based in Kenya to join our team. In this role, you will lead recruitment initiatives, ensuring we attract and hire top talent to support our global operations. This is a fully remote position with flexible hours to facilitate collaboration across time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage end-to-end recruitment projects, ensuring timely and high-quality hires.
  • Develop and monitor recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with hiring managers and internal/external teams.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments, maintaining high selection standards.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency.
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience, upholding Influx’s employer brand.
  • Ensure compliance with administrative procedures (e.g., HRIS updates).

Who You Are

Must-Have:

  • 1+ years of experience in recruitment.
  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
  • Strong judgment in assessing talent objectively.
  • Proactive, disciplined, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations transparently.
