About the job

We’re looking for a passionate and driven RECRUITER based in KENYA to join our growing global Talent Acquisition team.

In this role, you’ll own the recruitment process from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and delivering an outstanding candidate experience. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to identify top talent while ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality hiring process.

What You'll Do

  • Screen applications and identify high-potential candidates for further assessment.
  • Conduct first-round interviews to evaluate candidate fit, communication skills, and overall potential.
  • Administer and evaluate written assessments according to hiring standards.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Keep applicants informed with timely updates, including providing professional closure to unsuccessful candidates.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, interview notes, and candidate tracking within internal systems.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support recruitment projects.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience.
  • Support our Apprenticeship Programs and other talent acquisition initiatives as assigned.
  • Contribute to broader HR projects and recruitment activities when needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Min. 1 year of prior experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition. Experience in similar industries would be highly advantageous.
  • Willing to work from Monday to Friday, around 1 PM–10 PM EAT (GMT+3) to support Americas-based operations.
  • Strong English communication, both written and verbal. Proficiency in other languages would be a plus point.
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, accountable, and collaborative team player.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for hiring top talent.
