Role Context

As a Recruitment Agent for EFFY Jewelry, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our organization. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to facilitating the hiring of qualified individuals. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and experience.
• Coordinating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide updates on the hiring process.
• Facilitating the interview process and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Negotiating job offers and facilitating the onboarding process.
• Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruitment data.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Agent, Recruiter, or similar role.
• Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and technologies.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Experience Needed

A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field is required. Experience in the jewelry or luxury retail sector is a plus.
