We’re hiring a Recruitment Associate – Nairobi

Talent Grid Africa is looking for a Recruitment Associate to join our consultancy team and support end-to-end recruitment projects across various industries. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone eager to build a career in talent acquisition and recruitment consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Screen applications and conduct initial candidate assessments
  • Coordinate and manage interview logistics with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/CRM
  • Support recruitment reporting and metrics tracking
  • Assist with offer documentation and candidate follow-up
  • Collaborate with recruitment consultants, HR teams, and hiring managers
  • Manage multiple recruitment assignments efficiently

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Recruitment agency/consultancy experience is an advantage
