Inuka Partners is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to support our work across talent advisory in the renewable energy, infrastructure, and climate sectors. This role will contribute to research, project coordination, and candidate assessments across emerging markets in Africa.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market and sector research across energy, infrastructure, and investment domains.
  • Support sourcing, screening, and evaluation of candidates for ongoing mandates.
  • Prepare role briefs, company overviews, and candidate summaries.
  • Maintain accurate and organised data within internal systems and reports.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and communication between candidates and clients.
  • Assist senior team members with project delivery, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge-building and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 0–3 years of professional experience in any relevant field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Psychology, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Strong research, analytical, and written communication skills.
  • High level of organisation, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Interest in renewable energy, sustainability, emerging markets in Africa, or talent advisory.
  • Fluency in English with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
