Job summary:
The Recruitment Executive will provide end-to-end recruitment support within a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The role is responsible for executing 360° recruitment activities, working closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely sourcing, screening, and coordination of high-quality candidates in line with client requirements and service delivery standards.
Responsibilities or duties:
- Review, shortlist, and match candidates against job specifications and role requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening to assess suitability, experience, and role alignment.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment teams.
- Prepare interview documentation and ensure accurate maintenance of recruitment records and files.
- Support the full recruitment lifecycle to ensure efficient and timely delivery of hiring needs.
- Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers, databases, and reporting tools.
- Generate recruitment reports and provide basic analysis on hiring progress, trends, and outcomes.
- Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the recruitment function as required.
Qualifications or requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Word and Advanced Excel.
- Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- High attention to detail with strong execution and follow-through ability.
- High level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a professional and client-oriented approach.
- Ability to quickly grasp processes and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Experience needed:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a corporate or recruitment environment.
