As the Recruitment Partner, you will own and elevate Peach Cars’ end-to-end recruitment capability during a period of rapid growth and increasing hiring complexity.

This role exists to ensure Peach hires the right people, in the right roles, at the right time while maintaining a high bar for performance, values alignment, and candidate experience. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, a gatekeeper to the organisation, and the custodian of recruitment systems, standards, and best practices.

You will optimize recruitment tools (ATS and sourcing platforms), build hiring capability across managers, roll out a scalable recruitment playbook, and ensure consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes across associate, management, and leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution

  • Own and deliver end-to-end recruitment across multiple role types, including Associates, Managers, and Heads of Department.
  • Translate workforce plans and surge hiring needs into clear recruitment strategies, timelines, and execution plans.
  • Partner with functional leaders to define role scope, success profiles, and hiring priorities.
  • Balance speed and scale with hiring quality and long-term organisational fit.
  • Act as a quality gatekeeper, ensuring all hires meet Peach’s performance, culture, and values bar.

Hiring Manager Partnership & Capability Building

  • Serve as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring managers across all functions.
  • Train and coach managers on best-in-class recruitment practices, including:
    • Role definition and success profiling
    • Structured and competency-based interviewing
    • Objective candidate assessment and decision-making
    • Bias awareness and values-aligned hiring
  • Build hiring discipline and accountability across all recruitment stages.
  • Support managers to become strong interviewers and confident hiring decision-makers.

Recruitment Systems & ATS Optimisation

  • Own and optimise the Applicant Tracking System (Pinpoint), ensuring clean workflows, strong adoption, and reliable reporting.
  • Design and continuously improve recruitment pipelines, stages, templates, and approval processes within the ATS.
  • Ensure consistent usage of the ATS by hiring managers and recruiters.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to proactively build strong talent pipelines.
  • Track and analyse recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, pipeline conversion, and hiring outcomes.

Recruitment Playbook & Governance

  • Design, iterate, and roll out a comprehensive Recruitment Playbook covering:
    • End-to-end recruitment processes and decision rights
    • Hiring standards and approval thresholds
    • Interview frameworks and assessment guidelines
    • Candidate experience standards
    • Use of agencies versus direct sourcing
  • Act as the custodian of recruitment governance, ensuring consistency, fairness, and compliance across all hires.
  • Ensure recruitment practices align with employment law, internal policies, and Peach’s values.

Recruitment Partner & Agency Management

  • Manage and coordinate external recruitment partners on a payment-upon-successful-placement basis.
  • Clearly define briefs, timelines, and quality expectations for recruitment partners.
  • Evaluate agency performance based on speed, quality of hire, and candidate fit.
  • Ensure all external partners represent Peach’s employer brand and hiring standards accurately.

Employer Brand & Candidate Experience

  • Strengthen Peach’s employer brand across LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
  • Ensure a professional, respectful, and transparent candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.
  • Partner with People & Culture and Marketing to align recruitment messaging with Peach’s growth narrative and culture.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience in talent acquisition or recruitment partnering, preferably in fast-growing or scaling organisations.
  • Proven experience hiring across multiple levels, including associate, management, and senior leadership roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ATS platforms (experience with Pinpoint is an added advantage).
  • Demonstrated experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and proactive sourcing strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience supporting high-volume or surge hiring environments.
  • Experience designing recruitment playbooks or hiring frameworks.
  • Exposure to employer branding or recruitment marketing initiatives.
