Job Purpose

Expand Red Bull’s on-premise outlet universe across Nairobi by identifying, recruiting, and activating new outlets through the wholesaler network.

Key Responsibilities:

• New outlet recruitment (identify, approach, negotiate, secure first order)
• First order activation & market entry (facilitate stock order, ensure product visibility, handover to active coverage)
• Market scouting & pipeline development (map nighttime zones, hospitality developments, identify low penetration areas)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
• 2–4 years’ experience in FMCG, beverage sales, or on-premise customer acquisition
• Strong understanding of Nairobi nightlife, hospitality, and entertainment landscape
• Proven experience in prospecting, customer acquisition, and outlet recruitment
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• High field mobility
• Valid driver’s license
