Role Purpose

To lead and manage all aftersales operations within the assigned region, ensuring service excellence, optimal turnaround time (TAT), spare parts revenue growth, technician productivity, and strong rider relationships. The Regional Aftersales Manager acts as the operational bridge between field execution and country-level strategy, ensuring that Spiro’s service ecosystem scales sustainably while maintaining quality, profitability, and rider satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
  • 7–10 years experience in automotive, EV, or mobility aftersales operations.
  • Minimum 3–5 years in a supervisory or regional leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of DMS, warranty processes, and service performance management.
  • Proven experience managing multi-site service operations.
  • Lead and manage all aftersales operations within the assigned region.
