Role Context

We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Regional Business Developers to expand our market presence in specific regions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and bookshops.
• Achieve sales targets and market share growth.
• Provide market feedback to the company.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Age between 21 and 35 years.
• Proven experience in sales within the schools or bookshop sector.
• A background in publishing is preferred.
• Must reside in the respective region (Coast & Uasin Gishu).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
