ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Export Sales Executive to drive growth across key African markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute export sales strategies across Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia and Rwanda markets
  • Identify, onboard, and manage distributors and key trade partners
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets across the region
  • Conduct market intelligence to identify new business opportunities and trends
  • Manage pricing, negotiations and trade terms with partners
  • Coordinate with internal teams on supply planning, logistics and order fulfillment

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in export sales within the FMCG industry
  • Proven track record managing multiple regional markets (Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Rwanda preferred)
  • Strong experience in distributor management and route-to-market strategies
