We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee multiple branches offering loans to boda boda riders.

  • Proven experience managing a boda boda loan portfolio across multiple branches.
  • Strong background in lending specifically to boda boda riders, including client acquisition, loan disbursement, and collections.
  • Experience leading branch teams to achieve growth targets while maintaining high portfolio quality and low default rates.
  • Established relationships within the boda boda sector, including rider groups, SACCOs, and chairpersons.
  • Ability to drive business growth, monitor branch performance, and ensure effective loan recovery.
