Job Description

We are looking for an organised, energic and results driven Regional manager to lead our sales teams in different branches. In this role, you will oversees staff, provide training and create strategies to meet sales targets and control quality in the assigned region. Our ideal candidate has a strong history of successful sales management, possess innate leadership qualities, excels in maintaining client and staff relationships and has a real passion for leading and developing teams.

What You Will Do

  • Establish clear sales objectives for each team member.
  • Educate sales team on new or upcoming products and services
  • Continually monitor and track regional sales performance
  • Ensuring adherence to the credit processes and compliance.
  • Assist in hiring, training, and development of new sales team members.
  • Analyse monthly sales outcomes and create reports for upper management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • 5 years of relevant experience in banking, insurance and Microfinance industry
  • History of success in building a regional market
  • Natural leader with proven management skills
  • Flexible schedule and able to travel
