Speedaf Express is looking for highly driven and execution-oriented professionals to join our team as Regional Operations Supervisors (Network Operations).

Responsibilities or duties

• Drive execution of operational KPIs including delivery performance, turnaround time, complaint reduction, cost efficiency, and parcel volume growth.
• Monitor and follow up on daily site operations to ensure smooth pickup, linehaul, delivery, returns, and scan compliance.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and work closely with site managers and franchise partners to implement solutions.
• Maintain strong communication and working relationships with franchisees while ensuring operational standards are met.
• Support service quality improvement, manpower efficiency, and cost control initiatives.
• Coordinate and support regional parcel volume growth activities.
• Provide timely operational reports, performance feedback, and risk updates to headquarters.
