JOB DETAILS:

Kericho Gold is a special blend of fine teas from some of the best tea estates in Kenya; carefully selected weekly by expert Tea Tasters for the richness of their taste, flavour, and aroma to bring out the quality and ensure that high standards are maintained, guaranteeing you a perfect cup of tea every time.

We are looking for a results-driven individual to drive revenue growth within the North Rift region through strong account management, effective retail execution, and close collaboration with the regional distributors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive revenue and achieve sales targets within the assigned region.
• Manage key retail accounts and execute commercial plans Ensure effective retail coverage.
• Monitor and grow secondary sales performance. Enforce pricing compliance and track market activities.
• Uphold high standards of in-store execution (visibility & merchandising).

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 4-8 years FMCG sales experience. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of retail environment in the North Rift.
• Excellent relationship management skills.
• High execution and results driven.

Level of Education: associate degree
