Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in a designated region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales agents, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Manage, train, and motivate the regional sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the region.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Manage regional budgets and resources effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the consumer goods or financial services sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience working in the African market is a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a management role.
