Regional Sales Manager at TRDFIN Support Services Pvt Ltd
Key Responsibilities:
Appoint and Confirm Importers/Dealers:
- Identify, evaluate, and finalize partnerships with reliable importers or dealers in the designated country or region.
- Build strong relationships and provide ongoing support.
Order Management:
- Facilitate the placement of orders through appointed dealers.
- Ensure all documentation and transactions are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Payment Coordination (TT Handling):
- Oversee and ensure timely Telegraphic Transfer (TT) payments from dealers to the company.
Market Monitoring and Management:
- Supervise product distribution and ensure smooth delivery operations.
- Monitor dealer activities, customer satisfaction, and product performance in the market.
- Address challenges proactively and support business continuity.
Sales Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed the monthly sales targets consistently.
- Analyze sales data, forecast trends, and implement growth strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, International Trade, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or distribution management—preferably in international markets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
