Job Summary
This strategic leadership role is ideal for a sales professional with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth, developing high-performing teams, and building strong relationships across the healthcare ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across B2B and B2C channels.
- Build and strengthen relationships with hospitals, laboratories, healthcare professionals, corporates, and key stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a regional sales team to consistently achieve targets.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and account growth initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to support business expansion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (Science-related field preferred)
- MBA is an added advantage
- Minimum 7 years of sales management experience
- Demonstrated success in exceeding business targets
- Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in healthcare diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, laboratory services, medical devices, or related sectors is highly desirable
