We’re Hiring: Regional Sales Representative
Are you a results-driven sales professional with strong regional market experience and a passion for growth? We are looking for a Regional Sales Rep to drive customer acquisition, sales growth and brand presence across Nairobi, Kiambu, Kajiado and Machakos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow regional sales and revenue performance
- Build and manage strong customer relationships
- Identify new business opportunities
- Lead and support field sales teams, installers and technicians
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis
- Ensure strong after-sales support and customer satisfaction
Ideal Candidate:
- 3–5 years’ sales experience
- Background in cold-chain, refrigeration, solar or related sectors is an advantage
- Experience working with distributors, agents, channel partners, SACCOs, and Micro Finance Institutions
- Strong leadership, negotiation and reporting skills
- Based within the Nairobi Metropolitan region
