Regional Talent Associate

Are you a highly organised and driven talent professional looking to make an impact across Africa? Our client is seeking a Regional Talent Associate to support recruitment, project staffing, talent operations, and performance management across a dynamic, fast-growing organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, data, and processes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviews, candidate engagement, and hiring coordination.
  • Assist with project staffing, resource allocation, and talent reporting across the region.
  • Coordinate performance review processes and maintain accurate talent data and HR records.
  • Contribute to talent initiatives, process improvements, and workforce planning activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years experience in talent acquisition, international recruitment, HR, talent operations, or staffing.
  • Experience within consulting, professional services, or a fast-paced project environment is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; HRIS experience is beneficial.
