VACANCY

Our Lady of Mercy Mission Hospital wishes to recruit a highly motivated, competent, and remarkably qualified Registered Clinical Officer with strong work ethics.

ROLE SUMMARY

The clinical officer is responsible for providing patient care by diagnosing and treating patients, providing preventive care, and managing common medical and surgical conditions, participating in public health initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive care, including assessment, treatment, follow-up, and emergency management;
• Maintain accurate patient records and perform routine clinical procedures;
• Conduct employee health checks and support workplace wellness, safety initiatives, and emergency preparedness;
• Oversee daily clinic operations, inventory, and equipment maintenance;
• Prepare and submit clinical and operational reports;
• Perform any other duties as per qualifications;

QUALIFICATION AND COMPETENCIES

• Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery;
• At least 2 years continuous working experience;
• Registered with Clinical Officers Council and possess a valid practicing license;
• Good communication and computer skills;
• Recommendation letter from a Clergy

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: associate degree
