Background

The County Government of Trans Nzoia is recruiting twenty-one Registered Nurses to strengthen healthcare service delivery within county health facilities.
Registered Nurses will play an important role in providing nursing care to patients while supporting clinical teams in maintaining quality healthcare standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Providing nursing care services to patients in county health facilities
- Monitoring patient condition and progress during treatment
- Administering medication and treatment as prescribed
- Assisting doctors and other healthcare workers in patient management
- Preparing patients for examinations and procedures
- Maintaining patient records and nursing documentation
- Offering health education and counselling to patients and families
- Ensuring infection prevention and control procedures are followed
- Supporting implementation of public health and preventive care interventions
