Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
  • Monitor patients' conditions and promptly report any changes to the attending clinician.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records and nursing documentation.
  • Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment, and health promotion.
  • Ensure adherence to infection prevention and control standards.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide quality healthcare services.
  • Uphold patient safety, confidentiality, and professional nursing ethics at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
  • Registered and licensed by the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK) with a valid practicing license.
  • At least Two (2) years of relevant work experience will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and commitment to quality patient care.
