Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
- Monitor patients' conditions and promptly report any changes to the attending clinician.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and nursing documentation.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment, and health promotion.
- Ensure adherence to infection prevention and control standards.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide quality healthcare services.
- Uphold patient safety, confidentiality, and professional nursing ethics at all times.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Registered and licensed by the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK) with a valid practicing license.
- At least Two (2) years of relevant work experience will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and commitment to quality patient care.
