Relationship Manager – Institutional Banking

This role is responsible for driving business growth across the NGO and SACCO segments by identifying new opportunities, managing existing relationships and delivering tailored financial solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding market share, strengthening strategic partnerships and enhancing the Bank’s positioning within the institutional banking space.

You will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, appraising funding and credit requests, and supporting clients with advisory services to ensure efficient banking operations. The role also involves continuous market analysis to identify emerging opportunities, manage risks and deliver sustainable revenue growth.

We are looking for a commercially focused professional with strong relationship management, analytical and networking skills, and proven experience in managing NGO and SACCO clients within a banking or financial services environment.
