We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking (Agribusiness, Manufacturing & Trade Sector), to grow market share and deepen client relationships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality banking services.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to grow the corporate banking portfolio.

Manage and nurture relationships with existing corporate clients.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the agribusiness, manufacturing, and trade sectors.

Assess client needs and offer tailored banking solutions.

Ensure compliance with all bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Proven experience in corporate banking, relationship management, or a similar role.

Strong understanding of the agribusiness, manufacturing, and trade sectors.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and grow business.
