JOB DETAILS:
RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in any related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in SME or Retail banking relationship management, or sales within a financial institution.
• Proven track record in deposits generation, customer acquisition, and portfolio management.
• Hands-on experience in cross-selling banking products such as digital banking, loans.
• Experience working in a branch environment with demonstrated customer engagement and sales skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, compliance standards, and credit analysis.
