Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-value clients, building strong relationships, and identifying opportunities to offer our comprehensive range of banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate and high-net-worth clients.
  • Proactively identify client needs and offer tailored financial solutions, including financing, investment, and treasury services.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Conduct thorough credit analysis and risk assessment for new and existing clients.
  • Monitor client portfolios, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and Sharia-compliant financial products.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management, corporate banking, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of Islamic finance principles and products is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and credit assessment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
