JOB TITLE: Relationship Officer / Agent – Eldoret

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time

We are seeking a motivated Relationship Officer to manage client relationships, support loan disbursement, and ensure timely collections. You will be the key point of contact for our SME clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective SME clients
• Promote and explain company loan products to clients
• Assist in loan application processing and documentation
• Monitor client loan performance and ensure timely repayments
• Work closely with branch managers and debt collection teams on non-performing loans
• Identify and report opportunities for new business growth
• Provide feedback from clients to improve services

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• 1–3 years’ experience in sales, client relations, or financial services (preferred)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Knowledge of SME financing and collections is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
